Learn to Kickflip in 5 Hours and 47 Minutes

Well it’s easier than it seems, but that first jump from “brand new skater” to ollie is a little suspect.

  1. I’m gonna guess this guy could ollie 20-30 years ago and then gave it up. Minimal muscle memory leading the way? Dunno.

But then I think back to my own start with my first board and learned to ollie on my 6th try so this could be legit. Regardless it does bring back those memories of starting out again.

This dude learning to ollie in 11 minutes and Eric C. doing so on his 6th try just serve to shine a pretty bright spotlight on how much I suck since I still can’t, despite exponentially more time spent trying to. Damn you guy-in-the-video and Eric C.! Damn you both straight to hell!!!!!!!!!

I’m with tallboycan. I can ollie, but they’re weak sloppy inconsistent dangerous things.
I’ve been working on my ollies on tranny since the late ’70s and on flat since the mid ’80s and they still suck suck suck…
I haven’t watched this video, and I’m not going to.
