Concussion magazine may be back from the dead

I know what you’re all thinking, it’s the boy who cried wolf… but it isn’t really. The reigns of Concussion might end up being turned over to two longtime contributors. Davoud has requested omitting the specifics until the final details have been ironed out, in case the deal goes sour. The story has been leaked elsewhere. Believe it or not, I found this Skate Zombie photo over at BMXmuseum.com.

I hope Concussion will continue. It was the best mag out there. Beats the hell out of Thrasher’s 80 pages of shoe ads.

  2. I too got the email and I’m hyped that Concussion hasn’t absolutely flatlined…my lips are sealed, but the guys involved to steer the ship forward are on point.

  3. In France that graphic was under the first wide boards I ever saw in supermarkets, in … 1988 ! I lived in the smallest village so had no idea that you could buy boards in, you know, a skateboard shop. It was on the boards by Holy Sport over ther.

  4. I’ll take an ad in trade for some content! Why wouldn’t you!
I’m sure Burnside Skatepark could use a page too!!

  5. concussion magazine…….IS SICK it has to stay alive…If there is anything we as buyers of the magazine can do just ask.

We have this exact skateboard. It’s was my husbands when he was a kid. He just handed it down to our 9 year to play with. Good or bad idea?

    1. It’s never a bad idea to give a kid a skateboard!
