Skateboard business for sale – $1

Inventory, distribution opportunities, and sales far outweigh the cost of owning this skateboard business. My “regular” career is becoming too demanding, so I have to let go of my skate business…included in this sale:

Inventory
Contacts
Skate Team
Brand
Distribution

I have been in business for 4 years, strictly online retail and distribution…the retail skate/surf shops are untapped and a HUGE potential.

My cost for the business is minimal in comparison to the potential. I just want to make sure this gets into the right hands of someone interested in the industry who wants to take this brand and run with it

If you are interested, please let me know and I will give you the details

Got to be a typo. The posters location is listed as Torrance. Check it out on Craigslist. Someone should follow through by feigning interest and let s know what the scoop is.

  3. Dude I’m looking at starting a skateboard company here in Australia (I just want to have a brand to work on away from work) and I know that you’ve sold you’re business but any advice would be ace!

  4. Interested in if the business is still for sale and more details…Thanks!

  5. Hello, I am just coming across your site here, and I was suggesting to my son that he start a shop for skaters, where he can have youth who skates to give competitions where they can win trophies…etc.

He work with kids and youth everyday, and enjoys what he does. He want to have a well-know skater donate their time to go down and speak with the at-risk youth that he service to on a daily basis. I see this ad was put out in 2007, and I know that your business was sold by this time, but if it is not, for a $1n(?), is a great price.

    Thank you

Randy, you should make people take some kind of test before they post. See if they can understand really basic concepts like reading and comprehension. Because looking at this thread I’m thinking that all of these folks would fail.

Indeed. Idiocy makes me cranky. Like people responding to this post about a Craigslist listing like it’s the listing itself. Or people that email me thinking that I have every board that I feature on baywatch.

If anything i’ve learned over creating and maintaining sleestak for over 12 years is this:

    LCD = Lowest Common Denominator.

    Basically, there’s isn’t a standard for anything.

Don’t assume someone knows where to click.

Don’t even assume people have opposing thumbs. Pretend your average user just thawed out like that Brendan Fraser from “Encino Man” (its amazing how quickly he learned how to skate though). Make your site available for them and everyone else will think they are smarter.

    /the moar you know.
