Market research has determined that Europeans, when eating junk food, want to be reminded of extreme!™ sports and the United States of America. And hence, Cheetos Spinners as spotted in Holland, with Chester Cheetah hitting a stair set somewhere in Seattle. Chester has aged well.

ME: It’s OK, I have it on vinyl too.

Thin Dots are little stickers for your Home button on your iOS device. They have a skateboard series. Noticeably absent, SKATE AND ANNOY! Seriously, Mentality skateboards? Never heard of them. I’m sure they haven’t heard of us either.

I still like that last Devo album. It’s good. I think they are are working on another one. Here’s some, uh, fashionable skateboarders. Jocko Homo on the left was found on Why I Don’t Skateboard and Jocko Hom on the right is from Chick Break. No idea where either of them originated.

U Mobile is a Malaysian telco and broadband company that was founded in 1998, so as a teenager you’d think they be a little hipper.

Carrie Brownstein after filming another episode of Portlandia with a skateboarding segment. They shot at Burnside last season. I haven’t posted that yet. Local skater Russ from Gorey Details suited up as an “old skater” for this episode.

I’m not sure if this is leftover Ghost Rider merchandise that was repurposed or what. The skeleton man riding this rather wide “freestyle” board is probably scared to death of those M.C. Escher brand trucks that are somehow mounted upside down. At least they aren’t backwards. Freestyle Tattoos. Look for them in your grocery store.
