LC4 progress

Oh man, it’s going to be so good. (Updated)
Lincoln City 4 progress

By the way that water is about 8 inches deep so add that to the height of the bowl. Ask Rich how tall he is and wish him a happy 44th. We went skating, he got a chipped tooth for his birthday. Picture on AGP remote. I found the spot where he hit, there was a little patch of saliva with a little white spot embedded in the concrete. Who will be next? Not as bad as JF’s accident.
Update: Skaters for Portland Skateparks is a registered non-profit and has set up a donation fund for the Lincoln City skatepark. Make your tax-deductible contribution Through Pay Pal at Skaters for Portland Skateparks.
Update: EPM has a nice gallery of construction photos.

Best 44th B-Day ever. Enamel in concrete is a first for me. Still in Lincoln City and the weather is sunny at the moment. Going over to the park to skate and hopefully keep my face off the concrete. I will post some more shots on EPM later this evening. The snake run is beyond description. Another Dreamland crew gem.

Happy 44 Rich–you got the best years in front of ya…I’m curious as to the catcher’s mitt deck detail. They’re gonna need more than the stock 4′ footer…Also those hips for pumping or speedchecking?
February 4th, 2008 at 7:54 am
Thanks Tom. How’s the leg doing? Word on the decks is that they are looking to cantilever the slabs. Not sure how wide? As far as hips go, they rolled the upper ones so you can pump back up the snakerun. It’s truly a site to behold.

The ankles getting there. Having the plate and screws taken out in a few weeks—rejection issues. Should be back on board in late March or so, just in time to get tempted with an LC roadtrip!

Tooth is like new. Hope I can go another 44 years without any teeth to concrete incidents.
