I vaguely remember getting a copy of this when it was current, surprised Champaign-Urbana had spawned a second skate zine under the mighty shadow of Skate and Annoy. The Boneyard was this shitty little creek that ran through Champaign, Illinois. From my recollection, the only way you could drown inn it was to pass out face first in one of the 6″ deep sections. This has the feel of something thrown together for the pure amusement of the guys in his crew. Not a lot of effort, but any start is a good start. No idea if it made it past issue #1. I thought Karl K. had something to do with this, but he might have just been part of the Boneyard crew.
Features: Poor quality photocopier, poor quality photos, and hastily made layouts.,
Skaters: Calvin Busters, Jesus Hobbes, Poonyan, Scoop, Michael
Spots: Ten Shitty Guys Ramp I (my front yard!) Assorted street spots.
Honorable Mention: Coslows restaurant and possibly a Jenny Debello sighting of shaved-head-monkey-duster fame.
