G&S: What’s Best?

What’s Best?

Chassis

The G & S Fibreflex chassis is a unique laminate of advanced material designed to give a fast, strong, lightweight, snappy, tortional board with advantages of all phases of skateboarding. It is an amazing piece of equipment which actually improves and amplifies the function and effectiveness of both trucks and wheels, and improves performance, tricks, freeform or slalom. For example, the 28″ Pro Slalom has proven itself to be the absolute best for downhill slalom, downhill speed and flatland slalom. Because of its non-fatiguing, full-working flex and ideal modulus of elasticity, you get the benefit of harder, tighter turning, followed by unequalled snap or spring out of turns for acceleration. You can even pump these boards up slight hills with the proper techniques of rhythmic weight-ing and unweighting. Our 26″ Freestyle model is a wide, lightweight, stable, low-center-of-gravity board, with an inset wheelbase for 360’s and nose wheelies. It displays superi-ority in swimming pool, drainage ditch or any warped plane riding because of its flexing and torquing conformance to the changing surface. We are offering these exciting and proven advantages in our all-new Fibreflex Kicktail model.

Trucks

Our team riders prefer and use either Bennett Hijackers or Tracker trucks, depending upon where they ride and upon the ultimate goal or function to be accomplished. We highly recommend and offer these two outstanding trucks in conjunction with G & S Fibreflex as the best there is for stable, safe, smooth, high-performance riding. If you’re serious about skateboarding, you won’t need to consider anything else.

Wheels

Here again we want to provide only what we feel and have experienced to be the finest, fastest, highest traction, safest performance equipment available. We use and recommend Road Riders. Power Paws, and the new Alligator wheels. All of these wheels are available with precision sealed bearings for easy. quiet. trouble-free riding.

The Ultimate Combination

Our new G & S Fibreflex Kicktail model incorporates every possible advantage for the most useful and versatile performance board available today. It’s excellent for tricks or slalom, bowls and pools, hills or flatland. We picture it with Bennett Hijacker Truks and Alligator.’ wheels, and it also comes with any combination of our recommended trucks and wheels. Your other option is to purchase our Fibreflex chassis separately, and temporarily use the trucks and wheels off your old board for an immediate and less expensive solution to upgrading and improving your fun and performance. Ask your nearest skateboard dealer for complete information and pricing.
