Mad House Comics #108

Mad House Comics #108 was published in August of 1977. It’s another fine example of the Archie Comics group. There’s nothing on the cover but there is a 1 page story or gag at least, and a whopping 3 different sales club ads featuring different skateboards you could have earned by selling crap.

Here’s an ad for the Youth Opportunity Sales Club. Yes, that’s the opportunity to annoy your neighbors by trying to sell them something. Or possibly, the opportunity to waste your time by trying to sell something nobody likely wants. What a bizarre business model, a workforce full of commission-based child workers.

Lastly, on the back cover there’s an ad for S.L.C., AKA the Sales Leadership Club, AKA SLC Bunk. I cut off the top part because it’s just a from to fill out and a mailing label.
