Eden Village Bike & Bordercross track located in Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa. Looks super fun, although I wonder whether chose asphalt instead of concrete. Price, most likely. Images and photos after the jump.

I would have a lot of fun at this place. They chose asphalt because it is good enough for this path, and to include skaters. There is no lip for skaters and scooters to destroy, and there is proof that BMX bikes dont need any form of pavement. Soft wheels will make this thing fun for decades to come.

Place looks very cool.
I also think concrete is too slippery for bicycles.
