It goes inside the skateable architecture, right? This image is from the Formica web site showing examples of what you can do with Formica. Turns out Formica is a brand name , like Kleenex and Xerox. That’s neither here nor there. Nice transition.
Lexan (sp?) was a college friend’s girlfriend, and I figured it was goofy to be named after a plastic, but it turned out to be the other way around. (Her Jersey dad owned the company, and named the product after her). I’m still hoping to meet Skatelite, though; she must be REALLY rich.
