LA Skate Plaza - DC -Rob Dyrdek

Dyrdek’s DC Skate Plaza Spot in L.A. Opens

It’s open, that’s for sure, but what remains uncertain (unless you’ve been there) is what the layout is. Every design render I’ve seen doesn’t jive with the photos I’ve seen. Fuel TV has photos of the opening, but not really much of an overview of the spot. Somebody help us out here. UPDATE: I guess that picture on the bottom is pretty much it. So the headline should read “Skate Spot Opens.”

I guess lil’ rob dyrdek sided with California Skateparks when they split with Newline.

I was at the opening and the park looks like it belongs in front of a senior citizen home.

  8. Agreed its not much, but I’d still give my left nut for something like that close to where I live..

..And whats with all this hate on Rob lately? Agreed hes a bit aloof, but he seems a rather genuine guy with the skate community in mind. Hes done quite a bit as far as the acceptance of skateboarding goes, and my dumb girlfriend thinks skating is cool now because of his TV shows…
