Singapore Chinese Lantern Festival. Hello Kitty on a skateboard

Singapore’s Lantern festival and Hello Kitty skating

Singapore has something called the Chinese Garden Lantern Festival. This year’s festival had a large Hello Kitty presence, including Hello Kitty and friends riding skateboards. These pictures are from SingaporeSights.com. There’s a couple more after the jump from a forgotten source. If you find any more shots, drop a link in the comments.

– Thanks to Jeff Hottle for the tip.

This was found on a Blogspot site, lost the link, Sorry. If you can find it or others, let me know.

Hello Kitty or Kitty Chan as she’s known in Japan has been shreddin’ since ’76.

  2. 1976? That would explain why there is no flat bottom in that half pipe.

Yep, ’76. While in Japan I got to see all the Hello Kitty stuff they don’t sell here in the U.S. like Hello Kitty vibrators and condoms.
