They’re probably not in KC, probably a man-in-the-middle attack or proxy. The real location is China. Someone is unhappy with your long history of disrespect for their counterfeiting boards, cheap blanks and orange chicken.

May be a zombie computer doing the Chinese bidding, taking advantage of the on-peak hours of the user. Things are so much more complicated these days. Not nearly as simple as TRON made it out to be.
