It’s a safe bet that skateboard guitar had to belong to, or was made by Drew Steele from the Surf Punks. This advert appears 4 months after Archie rides a skateboard guitar in Reggie’s Wise Guy Jokes #48. It’s not clear if the lead time is greater for comic books or full color composite photograph ads circa 1979, so which one was conceived first?
