Hobie – Park Machine
It’s a safe bet that skateboard guitar had to belong to, or was made by Drew Steele from the Surf Punks. This advert appears 4 months after Archie rides a skateboard guitar in Reggie’s Wise Guy Jokes #48. It’s not clear if the lead time is greater for comic books or full color composite photograph ads circa 1979, so which one was conceived first?

Kevin Moore, currently the top park rider in California amateur competition, depends on a Park Machines when he plays. Theriffs Kevin blasts-out in vertical terrain are clean, fast, and rad! He needs fully tunctional, no jive, high-performance equipment. A strong, light-weight Park Machine® and Conical Claws® do the trick. If you want skating gear that out-performs the others, ask to see the Hobie line at your local Pro shop
