Sears – Unknown 60’s

Featured Skateboard: Sears Hang Ten, Sears Hot Dog, Zipees Olympic, Skee-Skate

What catalog is this? It has to be something from Sears in the 60’s. That much is clear from the Hang Ten and Hot Dog board. Unfortunately the trail goes cold at a 2010 post that unfortunately does not say anything other than 1965. Maybe that’s the real year, but an online resource of Sears catalogs for the likely years (1964-1966) reveals other pages but not this one. Do you have a lead on it? Is so, please contact S&A.

Zipees Olympic

Here’s the Zipees Olympic model not shown. These were produced in multiple color ways and at least 2 different sizes. You can see why they might have chosen not to show it when you take look at those single action trucks and wheels that look like they. might have been stamped.
