When I watched the first couple minutes of the trailer for Drop: My Life Downhill., I thought it was going to be a parody. The only thing more over the top than the high contrast color filtering is the over dramatic voiceover. The good news is, you can turn the sound down for the first part and enjoy some of the great cinematography. It really is filmed well. Makes me want to race. It looks like it’s teaser for a TV show being pitched. Orangefist is the operation that made it, but strangely, it’s not highlighted on their web site. Shawn, you should definitely grab a 12 pack of beer and go check out the race. Support the locals! My guess is that there will be about 10 people racing from the Portland area.
