Chompy, your statement remimded me of my roommate that I lived with back in Tempe Arizona back in the 80’s that was doing the late night drunk run on the skateboard to get cheese burgers and was flying back home with a bag full of food and hit a parking block. Needless to say he bit it hard and showed up back at home with huge road rash all over and had to finish his burgers before he cleaned himself up. Determination… I laughed at him so hard and he didn’t really appreciate it… Roommates….
Mark, speaking of Tempe, the same comment reminded me of skating back from circle k on broadway and hardy with with a 1/2 smooshed sixer of Schlitz ice in cans and I fell on my bag of Filibertos super nachos.
The price for a carefree tail-manual less than a block from my apartment across from the Palo Verde.
Oh, yeah and I scraped a boo-boo on my elbow open.

Me too, usually, but I was just going for a quick and casual session… that’ll get you every time.

Its either the ‘casual session’ or the ‘one last run’ (when the pads come off) that will nail you.

How about the “runnin down to the beer store” slam? Its best if it happens on the way there.
