Wendy the Good Little Witch #96 was published in 1990 and features skateboarding on the cover, including a “broomboard.” Unfortunately, there are no storylines inside that feature skateboarding.
There are at least 2 different versions of this cover, one with the “Join the fun” logo in the bottom left corner and one with a barcode. There’s a gap of 14 years between issue #93 and #94 of this series, with #97 being the last one. Inexplicably, in 1991 they would start over with #1 in a second series.
Here’s a bonus cover from issue #46 with Wendy surfing on her broom. This issue dates to 1968.
Issue #11 from 1962 has skateboarding storyline but I have not been able track down a copy yet. Stay tuned.
