To think, it’s been more than 15 years since my last American Girls post. Turns out I was wrong bout the scale of these dolls, short by 4 inches. $175 gets you this sweet street park setup that includes a mat the folds over and doubles as a tennis court with a few accessories. If that’s not worth $175 then it’s not worth $175…
Here’s a gallery of official product shots from the web site. The obstacles almost seem fingerboard scale when seen without a visual reference. Check out the skatepark side of the mat. Like all real world skateparks, it’ got graffiti (As if!) and random paraphernalia littering the the runways, in this case photorealistic hacky sacks and a pile of chalk. The only things missing are a few small, unattended children and some empty energy drink cans.
