No, it’s not Tony Hawk in a Depend commercial, if only… Can you imagine? “When you need Extreme®! bladder control…” Nope. It’s just a couple commercials for Qnol health supplements. The commercials are short and to the point, with very little skateboarding. Both shot on location in his warehouse. The marketing materials are amusing in that they quote Tony’s lines from the commercials as if they were casual statements of his and not a script written for him.

The Turmeric commercial actually features some skateboarding, probably the easiest stunts he’s ever had to shoot. It opens with an innocuous bail sequence. You have to assume that was was intentional, to show that he wipes out and thus needs healthy supplements to recover. A proper slam was probably deemed too upsetting for the viewing audience.
They make additives for stiff joints, but what about stiff screen presence? I kid!

One day these commercials will disappear from the internet, perhaps when Skynet becomes self aware, perhaps when the marketing agreement expires… Until then, enjoy!
