Rogue Beers out of Newport Oregon has teamed up with Dreamland Skateparks to produce a beer and a skateboard. A portion of the proceeds go to “building skateparks around the world,” which could mean anything, but the important thing is, beer, and Dreamland Skateparks.

They also made a Rogue Ales edition of the iconic Dreamland Skateparks design. You can buy these on the Rogue online shop.
This beer was born from a dream. A dream to renovate our hometown skatepark in Newport, Oregon to give our community a safe and clean place to skate. The incredible people at Dreamland Skateparks helped make our dream a reality and with them we want to help others realize their dream. So we brewed Dreamland American Lager, a simple, crisp lager from which a portion of the proceeds will go toward building skateparks around the world. Welcome to Dreamland.
Rogue also offers a coffin shaped skateboard with their famous Dead Guy Ale logo.

I’m so happy that the stars aligned to get Newport a facelift, 20 years after it was first constructed. I picked up a board online and when I was in Newport a couple weeks snagged a 6-pack of the lager just because. Fun fact: Newport was started right at the end of the construction of Lincoln City. Red came to help on a pour or two and we accidentally lost one of his trowels somewhere while making the POS ledge that was on the deck of the park (which they removed, thankfully!). Always felt bad about that. Thanks for coming back, Mark and the rest of the crew who revitalized Newport. The new stuff there is awesome and definitely adds new and challenging dimensions to the park. Smoothing out the surface helped a ton, too.
