The Raging Peasants – Ballad of the headless skateboarder 7“

Sometimes it´s really weird what kinda artists recorded songs about skateboarding or let´s say at least with a connection to skateboarding.

These two guys out of Hadley, MA wrote a strange ballad about a headless skateboarder. Too bad I can hardly understand a word, but they try to make it a bit mystical and halloween-ish as it seems to me. Their music mixes folk with classic music (just check the instruments they are using). The song reminds me a lot of “Eleanor Rigby” (The Beatles). Hard to believe this was recorded in 1992.

Thanks to Kilwag for the tip!

I was wishing the title was actually Ballad of the Headless “Skateboader” =like it says on the cover, but the actual 7″ makes me realize it was a typo.
