I was never a fan of Alf, so I’m not sure of the significance (or meaning) of the phrase “Yo Luck!” as seen on this sure to be musty smelling Alf shirt. Since he rides a skateboard on his own skateboard, it’s not much of a surprise to see him riding another skateboard on a t-shirt.

Yo Luck!

Didn’t S&A cover some Alf stuff at some other point? I recall a discussion about a season finale where Alf was abducted by the Government. In the next season he was to be freed, but the show actually got cancelled before that could happen, which means the series ended with Alf being hauled off and never heard from again. I love that story. It’s important to restate it here.

Lucky (you missed the ‘y’ 🙂 refers to the cat in the TV Show. Alf’s favorite food on his home planet of Melmac was cat. So he is always attempting to eat the family cat. I don’t remember him ever riding a skateboard in the show although I had heard that the boy (Benji Gregory) on the show got into skateboarding at some point, I don’t have the time to do any deep web searches at the moment…
Eric
You are correct that Benji Gregory was into skateboarding (at least 15 years ago), found a website with him skating back in those days.

“Lucky” was the cat, ongoing gag that Alf tries to eat the cat. Guh.
