Twists and Turns and Lessons Learned
This is the cover of the audio CD version of Michael J. Fox’s book titled A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Future.
Twists and Turns and Lessons Learned. I guess it’s a nod to the fact that his most memorable role was Marty McFly. Back to the Future still gets credit for the skateboard boom in the 80’s.
Too bad that’s a popsicle and not an ’80’s deck.
is that per welinder on the cover?
Wait….hoverboards cause Parkinson’s?
Ah ha! An excuse to post this here:

I readily admit that Back to the Future was a huge influence on me getting into skating the following year (1986). Still love the movie!
Exactly,same here.
Wait…Per Welinder;I get it now,haha!
BTW,seen on ebay;
-Valterra BTTF deck (common)
-a guy that made a replica of the hooverboard
-a skate deck with a screenprint resembling the underside of a hooverboard.
I think all those things are listed and shown in the BTF link in this post.
Ouch, didn’t click the BTTF link!It was from my memory only, sorry Mr.Wag.
seeing marty mcfly skitching the back of that jeep in the opening to the first back to the future made me want a skateboard in the first place.
Noobie.
that felt good. thank you.
There are people out there who think hover boards are real. My sister-in-law was one of them until a few months ago. Had to break it to her.
I want to believe.
