But it’s just like real life
Webcomic Penny Arcade did a strip about Tony Hawk Ride. It’s not about skateboarding though, it’s about buying and reviewing video games. Post-modern self-reference is so last decade. The guy did, in fact, hate it. I couldn’t really tell from the strip.
That comic is pretty funny. I was reading the stats in their “TV” episode, holy cow, they get a ton (millions) of readers. Something for H.O.M.O.S. to aspire too. You’ll have to casta wider net though, start doin gmore street comics and less helmet PSAs.
that was some funny shit. it actually made laugh out loud or LOL as kids say nowadays.
I was pretty optimistic when I bought that game for my kid, but after playing it and not being able to get past even the 3rd level on beginner mode because of the board controller not working, I got pissed. The game is seriously broken and I’m mad that I payed money for it. The concept, it sounds fun but in reality, it made my kid cry with frustration.
The only thing that controller should be used for is a real skateboard.
