This proposed design for a retirement village is gay, literally! It’s a concept for a Palm Springs retirement community for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered individuals looking to avoid traditional golden year facilities. MC must be planning for his retirement, because he’s the tipster on this one! I’m totally gay for that building. I hope it gets built, although I’m skeptical. I’d believe it if it were in Europe somewhere.
