Snow Pro
Ski runners that attach to a skateboard axel. Looks a lot like the Snow Skate both advertised in the Feb 1979 Issue of Skateboarder. This one says patent pending, while the other ad does not mention patents. We do know however that Snow Skates actually made it into production. Not sure about Snow Pro. Interesting that this product was being marketed by a skatepark development company.
