The truth of the matter is: We were the original makers of the production line skateboard away back in ’63. At that time we were producing surfboards on a national scale when we decided that maybe a sidewalk skateboard could be a popular sport. It was and is! Anyway, back in those days it just seemed right to call it a skate board ..If we were creating the business today, we’d probably call it a skate glass, or maybe a skate poly-propolene. Could be even a polypropolene-urathane, but more accurately, to describe our line, we could call it a “Hand laminated-bi-directional-longitudial-pultruded-polypropolene-fiberglass epoxy-resin-super-flex-kicktail-hand-poured-urathane-precision-mag-stoker-skate”
