    My dad was a sales rep for Continental /Jacks in the mid 1970’s in Colorado. The boards shown in this ad were my first manufactured board after making my own for a year and a half. I skated mostly freestyle and really liked these boards but the hardware was inferior to other hardware of the time. My dad sold this stuff to chain drug stores (like Thrifty /Skaggs) and discount sports retailers.
