California T-shirts had a store in one of the malls in southern California, I really liked the “Primo” shirt, there was a really cool wave image in the middle and it was my favorite shirt. I don’t think I my parents or anyone at my christian grade school realized those were big pot plants framing the wave and that the lettering was emulating swirling smoke.
