GVK #86: Summer Solstice

Summer solstice central oregon skate round up. Or “Where the is the 3G network?” Remember when the summer Solstice meant something. Like a skate trip with your crew. Well it does not mean that any more. Now it means Lame-os stay home and the parks are empty. SO SUCK IT LAME-OS HERE IS WHAT YOU MISSED. And oh yeah if you cant post it before you get back home, screw you 3G network. I dont post as much as one of my traveling companions, and let me tell you when the 3G is out you had better watch out! GVK OUT.

  • I live in KF, it is a cool spot, and I’m completely OK with nobody coming here.

What’s Goin ON, is you Potland guys never come down! It’s OPEN! The crete is still holding strong for nearly TEN PHUCKIN years. It’s still smooth and FAST! Maybe that’s why? You guys don’t go fast in your parks. You like to Old FART around, doin cool kick turns, and radical carves and shoot outs.
If that’s not enough, just south of Klameth Falls is Mt. Shasta, a little over 60 miles then you can get back on your I-5 corridor and mule you drugs back to Potland.
From there you can hit all the so.Or parks

Man, locals like you sure make it sound like a cool spot.

  • Gettintiredofitall

You guys were two hours away from one of the best skate parks in the world, and what did you do? Turn around cuz your old and scared of Klamath Falls. Too much fun there for you to handle. Too fast for you old bones to hit the speed wall?

What’s going on with that park, is it still only open at random times?

      • No. Open dawn til dusk. No helmet rules, no monitors, no fences. The downside, they allowed bikes during the dark times, so now they are “in”. Can suck if there are a lot of them, but they aren’t completely clueless. Concrete is still really smooth. Good stuff.

Hey man. It’s hard not to be a lame-o when you live in Southern California and it’s 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Maybe I’m getting old, but that’s just too damn hot!

  • I got the last two and I will ride them we will do it again next year!

  • juggalos buddy

Looks like a great time and my Lame-O ass is sucking it. Whats up with that Swami model? Maybe you guys should ask him what the shape should really be and re-issue it. Grover dont wash all that paint off your van now…

  • juggalo picnic
