DIY Beast
After a few making a few DIY spots in Zurcih, Switzerland, the September Wheels crew decided to build a bowl, which they christened “The Beast.” You can watch the process (16 minutes) after the jump or check out some pics on blogspot.
Shillside celebrates one year
Shillside in Switzerland recently celebrated it’s one year anniversary and so here to jinx it are four photos from Nicolas Büchi. The crew behind it is also involved with September Wheels and because all good hearted people are connected through the cosmos and the plate-of-shrimp lattice of coincidence, they even have a local chapter of C.R.E.T.E. courtesy of Born Ugly. Concrete D.I.Y. is rad, but let’s get those teleportation devices happening so We can visit them all. Four pictures and a video of Shillside after the jump.
SOTW 1-10-11: Shillside and goth band sand
The city of Zurich, Switzerland had no transition until a group of locals got together and took it upon themselves to take the D.I.Y. route instead of waiting for someone else to do it for them. The result is called Sihlside. This week’s Shot of the Week is a Nicolas Buechi photo of… crud. Forgot to get the name. A little help Nicholas? (Update: Ivo Weibel) If you can believe it, the whole project cost less than 700CHF! I can believe it because I have no concept of at CHF is. Watch the video after the jump to get a glimpse of some new wave sand at the 1:24 mark, or check out the Shot of the Week.
