Enquiring minds want to know.

So I went to the Dalles, Oregon to check out the new Spohn Ranch skatepark about a week ago. I remembered to set the alarm so I could get there before it was overrun with kids. I remembered to set the timer for the coffee maker. I remembered to charge the camera battery. I remembered my tripod. I remembered my sunglasses. I remembered CD’s for the 80 mile car ride. I forgot my wallet. I forgot my skateboard. Super!

It’s a big weekend for Burnside. Saturday is a jam packed day of skating, raffles, contests, tacos, after parties and other fundraising activities. Sunday is a chance to lend some elbow grease with a work party. Check out the full flyers after the jump.

Southern Oregon action in Medford this Saturday with food, music, raffles and skating. That doens’t sound fun at all… Proceeds going to the Medford skate park.

I had a miniramp that was in my front yard once. It was pretty much my whole front yard. The platforms reached from the front porch to the sidewalk in front of the house. Of course it was only eight feet wide and and PVC coping. This ramp belongs to Micah Breshears who lives in central Oregon. It’s right next to his front porch, and so there it is.

This weekend marked the two year anniversary of Marks bowl pour. Rich Burton was on hand to document the hot, hot action. On the left, Mark’s daughter who has apparently taken up some sort of dangerous new hobby. Bacon road trip hitting Southern Oregon this weekend with Benji Galloway, Mason Huggins, Mike Barnes, Thomas Nichols and Brendan Garcia. Saturday – 11am at Klamath Falls. Sunday – 12pm at Medford, 2pm at Jacksonville, 5pm at Grants Pass (BBQ at Loose Nut.
