I really should have sent this Halloween card to you earlier. I’m sorry. I hope I didn’t hurt your feelings.

One of the best skateboard Halloween costumes ever, outside of Ryan Coulter’s pinball machine getup, but you don’t have to be standing next to the 70’s pinball machine for it to make sense.

Multilingual humor? Maybe not. Hass is Dutch for hare, which makes sense in the case of this skateboarding rabbit found in a Nestle Ferrero Kinder Surprise. It’s a hollow chocolate egg containing a plastic capsule with a toy. This one dates back to 1994, and fortunately, the egg has long since been eaten. Happy Easter.

It’s St. Patrick’s day, and so here are some leprechauns.

I didn’t catch these skateboard Valentines until late on Saturday night. There hasn’t been a lot of skateboard themed valentines in the past few years. You know, maybe skateboarding is losing it’s popularity. Head on over to your local Walgreens, these items ought to be massively on sale today.

Santa rides a skateboard on the cover of Holiday Sound Effects, released in 2003. It includes the rare track “Drunks in bar!” This gem of a CD can be yours for as low as $4. You know, in case you want to set up the X-mas equivalent of a Halloween haunted house.

I would have thought the Christmas edition skateboards would have lost their appeal by now, and frankly, I don’t get it. They must be popular since Powell keeps issuing them, along with some Bones Brigade Christmas ornaments. Actually, they looks like they still have a 2013 edition board available. I do “get it” of course. People want to buy limited edition items and Powell wants to make money. Skateboard collecting is an odd thing. I can’t imagine anyone else makes Christmas-themed performance sports equipment that is fully functional and intended to be collected.
