Friday T&A on S&A: Pools and P**sy
Yeah, and I am one because I’m trying to keep SnA out of the content filters. But you get the idea. The OMSA ( Old Men Skateboard Association) writes history again by publishing the first ever Skateboard / Pin up / Porn Calendar. We shot a hot naked Woman who posed in front of some ripping Skaters at the OMSA and the Factory Pool. EVELINE, a Hungarian Porn Star is all naked, blond and shows it all. Not suitable under the age of 18 !!! The calendar is printed on high glossy paper in DIN A 4 Format which is about 210 mm x 0297 mm. It has 14 color pages and is limited to 400 Copies, which makes it highly collectible. Each Calendar is packed in a clear plastic bag. You can order your copy and get more info by writing an e-mail to: omsa1@web.de
Friday T&A on S&A: Europeskate’s Beauty of the Month
Europeskate has a relatively new feature called “Beauty of the Month” and they are encouraging “models” to drop by for a photo session. A gal just wrote us and and suggested a “Chicks with Sticks” gallery. I’m not sure if she meant actual skate photos or what, but I can tell you there will be no “dropping by for a photo session” at the Skate and Annoy studios as I’m already unemployed and I don’t need any extra grief on the home front. Check out Europeskate’s Beauty of the Month. [Photo: Matt Ewing]
Friday T&A on S&A: xXx Skateboards
This makes me think of what Misfits album covers should have looked like. Now that I have thoroughly insulted this awesome graphic by comparing it to the Misfits… xXx Skateboards pumped out a few limited edition boards featuring some nice finishing. I really love this graphic, to the point of I’m considering getting it tattooed while I’m still single. Anyone know the artists name? Images courtesy of xXx Skateboards More after the jump.
Friday T&A on S&A: International Longboarder
I’ve always found this cover image… appealing. I had assumed it was actually a surfing rag when I first saw it, but later found out it was the precursor to Concrete Wave. I tried to pay the four bucks to download a hi-res pdf but found the whole process convoluted and unsatisfying. (Update: It was a stray link that was supposed to be removed. free now!) You can see a larger version of the cover after the jump. What’s with the handstand shot? It’s just filler I found here while looking for a big version of the cover.
Friday T&A on S&A: Who is this Eric Cherry character?
If you are a regular reader you’ve hopefully noticed a few posts lately with Eric Cherry as the author. I’m actually surprised nobody brought it up. Eric’s been a reader for some time now, he’s submitted some good tips. Independently of MC taking H.O.M.O.S. back to his sandbox, I have been considering trying to add some new voices to Skate and Annoy. It’s hard finding a match, but in the past few weeks I was already appropriating some of the commentary from his tips, so I recruited him with a soft sell. Eric seems to be a reserved in talking about himself (Don’t you wish I was?) so I was struggling for a way to introduce him. Fortunately, his mostly pinup art skateboard collection fits in nicely with Friday T&A. A man’s board collection says a lot about him. Or not. Check it out. Welcome to our little scene.
Friday T&A on S&A: Skateboard Thong
Ladies, get your skateboard thong from the London France Underpants Company, who have been “Sewing panties for the Las Vegas Showgirls for YEARS! And…Now sewing panties for The Bunnies at The World’s Only Playboy Club!” This sort of thing would be a huge hit at Union Jack’s. And no, I don’t have a picture of anyone modeling them. You make think these are ridiculous, but rumor has it that other skate thongs exist.
Friday T&A on S&A: Easy Riders
Peggy Sue is a painting by David Mann who used to do a lot of work for Easy Riders until shortly before his death in 2004. His first gig was illustrating posters for Ed “Big Daddy” Roth’s Choppers magazine. I poached this from Max Schaaf’s 4Q Conditioning. There’s a gallery of David Mann paintings online but this particular image is a bit larger. Wikipedia says his centerfolds started appearing in Easy Riders in 1973, so I’d date this picture from the mid to late 70’s.
Friday T&A on S&A: Nash Exploited
Are you the guy that ordered this? It should be in your hands already or very soon, becasue it shipped out on Tuesday. What about the sexist nature of this graphic? Exploitation? No! Well… yes, but that’s the point. When I conceived this graphic back in the 80’s skateboarding was in the middle of a boom and there was an influx of crappy equipment being sold by toy stores and sports chains trying to get a piece of the pie. Add to that the fact that some of the major skate companies were overcome with greed and began employing pimping out the image of skateboarding. So the point of this graphic was to convey how sleazy the industry was becoming. Also, we thought it was funny. And well, there were boobs too. I am conflicted about using it these days, but I think it still resonates. Click to enlarge, but don’t order any because we’re out of wood for a couple weeks.
Friday T&A on S&A: DGK Censored Decks
Who needs subtlety when you can hit someone over the head. The Censored series from DGK expands on a familiar theme in skateboard graphics. There have been some European companies with more explicit decks in this decade, and pin-up art on skateboards predates the Corey Webster model. In the early nineties there was the infamous Randy Colvin World Industries deck that came in a black plastic bag. I’m not going to host this image, yes, I’m prude. A lot of online skateshops have blurred them as well. You can see it on the Slap Forums or anywhere else if you do a search of DGK and Censored. The DGK Censored Series… When you care enough to let the whole world know you’ve got no class.
Downhill in short shorts and flip flops
This was going to be another Friday T&A on S&A, but I didn’t want to risk being labeled a misogynist, so we’ll just call this “You know this is going to end well…” This girl is so hot, you might even say she’s slammin!
