8-Bit Zombie – Thrashor, Alf, and Gizmo

When I published that old No Fit State post one of the characters caught my eye. I didn’t recognize Thrashor, and wasn’t sure if he was an actual thing or just one off made up for the pin, but it turns out it was some cross licensing from an outfit called 8-bit Zombie that makes mostly t-shirts and stickers, but also made a Thrashor action figure that looks pretty rad. More rad than their Rad Alf t-shirt and the Gremlins shirt that features Gizmo on a skateboard. They make some Screaming Hand variants too.

Unfortunately Thrashor action figures are sold out, but you can still get stickers and t-shirts. Thrashor is pretty cool and they definitely nailed the packaging. This is the kind of thing I would definitely buy if it weren’t priced as a collectible.

They also made a “video game” called Thrash or Die that at one point you could actually download (or maybe that was a bit….) that you can play in your browser at Thrashor.com. Your results may vary. I couldn’t get it to recognize all my keystrokes so I didn’t get very far. It’s a classic 90’s rumble style game.

And then there’s Alf, who is rad, and available on a t-shirt or a sticker.
