  1. This is the truth right here.

    Everytime I go to drop in I pause, take a slow zen breath, then go for it.

    As soon as my mind is engaged I slam.

    Although it’s kind of fun sometimes to stop and go: “Whoah, I don’t even remember dropping in.. when did that happ**** [slam]”

    Screw meditation. I find vert much more relaxing and mind clearing.
