Skate and Annoy: Daily

And the winners are…

The Tony Hawk Action FIgure, narrowly beating out the seemingly fan favorite Outhouse. The winning story ends with Concretin Nik getting a free board, so now he’s gotten another one out that story… If I had to guess I’d say he had some help from the other Concretins.

The editor’s choice goes to… stolen hamburger buns. What can I say? I like the futility of a love letter spelled out with stolen bread combined with the absurdness of an illogical mom. Truth be told, Outhouse was my second favorite. Must be the love stories. Congratulations to our winners and thanks to Weirdo Skateboards fro graciously providing the schwag.

  • Way to go, Nik!

    • Weirdest thing is that Nik lives in a box himself, just like his beloved doll! I voted for him because he is truly disturbed.

  • Thanks Editor! Really Kilwag, thanks and i’m glad you liked the hamburger bun story. My Mom passed away 3 weeks ago, but she would love that I shared the story and got a deck out of it. I gotta get that square tail 8 3/4″ and skate it for sure.

  • STOKE! ‘Twas a great voting battle. And I had lots o’ help from Cretins, Kooks, and the Facebook Army. Kilwag, were you expecting quite so much ‘pedestrian’ traffic?

Props to the Outhouse story for real! Seriously folks, that’s his “How I met my wife story.”

Thank you! And yep, Kilwag, another board outta that story, but Ima skate this one. Tony’s board is displayed in the living room. (not kidding)

Oh, and to “Cureious” – sure you still wanna bet whether or not I skate? Since ’87. 😉

This is a great start to my birthday roadtrip to ramp camp! FINALLY I’m going to Woodward! THANK YOU WEIRDO & SKATE AND ANNOY!!

  • Awww shucks. I had hoped to win so I could hook up this little grom I know with a new plank. Congrats to the winners!

  • Disapointed Outhouse didnt win but Tony Hawk action Figuer is still pretty bitchin some should just compile a bunch a weird skateboard stories and put them in a book i’d deffinatley read that shit

I agree with the editor’s choice.
