I liked that video. Me personally, I would have swept up the leaves first, especially with that initial burts of energy, then pick up my skate. I don’t like leaf skaing. Also, I like to clean things when I’m on that stuff. I like the way my hair tingles. And I really like it when Kiki comes over. She’s a really dirty girl, I clean her up real good and send her on her way dazed and confused.

Weird. I’ve never tried that stuff, but having seen people on it, I can’t imagine it would do your skating any good. It mostly seems to turn people into arseholes. I don’t see why they chose to portray the cokehead / speed freak as a skater, surely the obvious stereotype would be a stoner and you sure as shit can’t say that smoking pot affects all people the same way. Case in point, Tom Penny. Yes he may be slowly morphing into Catweasel ( sorry Tom ), but you can’t tell me he sucks at skating when stoned, he fucking kills it. Me on the other hand, once I get too jazzy, tend to sit down and pick up the camera, the sense of self – preservation I have developed at the age of 36 is the only thing that gets enhanced! Personally, I think it’s all down to choice, do what you want, but don’t rub it in anyone’s face. Actually, as far as weed and sports in general is concerned, I don’t think it should be should be banned like steroids and whatever, if you can turn up and still perfor, whilst baked, you should get bonus points. Not that I’m into being competitive, but that’s another story, so I’ll shut up.

Hooray for Red Ribbon week! Thank you school system for giving my 6 year old a red bracelet, and telling her not to do drugs this week! I think this positive message will keep her off of the PCP and blow for at least a week. Remember the timeless advice of Nancy Reagan, and “Just Say No!”
