Skate and Annoy: Daily

Rubber baby buggy bumpers

We’ve seen wine corks before, and now we have tires. I wasn’t going to post this but I really liked the video at the end of the post. Something about the sound quality made me pay attention. This setup is so loose that he looks like he’s riding one of those caster snakeboards, and riding it well. Good stuff, check it out on Kraffftwork.com. There’s some fun things on there, get off your high horse and enjoy it.

– Holy cow. I just came back to this . This guy is a genius. Check out the chair board.

– Thanks to OCD (ha ha I mean Kyle) for the tip.

  • the guy is touched by something that’s for sure. I have skated and sat on the Chair board it’s surprising. BTW you ought to try his UHMW wheels….they slide like nothing you have ever seen

  • Faved since last year, when Paul pulled the trigger … great ideas !

  • ok artfags…pay attention here… no scribble on a bar napkin here..this is some killer shit..real “skateboard” art…rad!

  • No flashy website or douchebag made-for-tv videos trying to market an overpriced successor to the razor scooter. He seems to be a genuine old school mad scientist. I can appreciate that.

I could see some demand for those chair boards though.

  • talentlessquitter

This guy is an artist! Thanks ssk for posting that vid.

Funny shot right after the tombstone board!

  • masterochicken

Who can honestly say they haven’t wanted to make their wheels at one point?

  • masterochicken

I came across this guy on silverfish in the board repair thread. He’s crazy. Oh yeah. I sent you the email.

    • A

It’s a thin line between genius and madness!

    • masterochicken

      And my name is Kyle.

      • A

It came from a different email address and no name!

        • masterochicken

No. It came from ___________. Shit I probably shouldn’t post that. I actually don’t care about credit, there’s just something about that blank line that really bothers me. Oh well. Call it OCD.

  • Yes. I just spit my beer out when he deployed the chair-board. This guy does need a TV show. He gets points just for sheer volume of ideas prototyped.

  • Watch this video… I’m nominating this dude as the king of all wacky innovators. He’s a mad scientist. It even looks like he’s working out of a subterranean lair.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3-of6oa_p0

Either he’s taken a lot of drugs or he needs to make sure he never does.

  • The Shralper

hey, I’ve done this – u can use pretty much any hard rubber. I don’t recommend it.

  • Of all the wacky skateboard things people think up when they don’t have a girlfriend, that chair board is pretty outside the bun.

  • The video of stuff that he’s created is unbelievable. If he had his own show on the Discovery channel, I would watch it!

  • Kraffft is a madman and a genius.

  • hangoverhelper

good thing he’s goig .1 mph….any faster and he’d redirine speed wobble…i could just imagine the mooseknuckle smelly schmegma dick topless nuns reading his eulogy!!!
