Well,I can only guess ‘cupen’ means ‘cup’,as in contest;”worldcup”.
I understand the very basics of the language but not good enough to translate.
Its a mini magazine about the summer concrete park series in Sweden. It all leads up to the final comp in Malmo Sweden, the Ultra bowl in the yellow pool at Staplebaddsparken.
I took this to my local Ikea and the helpful clerk at the service counter translated it. She said it was about skateboarding, in Sweden. Hope that helps!

Just so you know, Giftorm is actually a Swedish skateboard magazine and this is – as stated in one of the comments – just a mini-version with the schedule and background infos for a concrete pool/bowl skate contest session which is currently taking place in..you got it…Sweden!
