Skate and Annoy: Daily

St Valentine’s Day Massacre

The Dept. will be hosting the ST. VALENTINE’S DAY MASSACRE Contest Sunday Feb. 14th. Mike and Justin over at Shrunken Head Skateboards are the masterminds behind this unique event that promises to be a departure from any contest you’ve experienced in the past. All your favorites in LOCAL PORTLAND SKATEBOARDING will be representing. Face it, you more than likely don’t have a valentine so there should be no good reason you don’t check this out. For more info hit up those guys at shrunkenheadskateboards.com.

Well shave our heads bald and put on a yellow t-shirt with a crooked black stripe. We feel like Charlie Brown becasue we weren’t even invited.

That’s fuckin great, Marek. I think you are the Czech “Spicoli”….or you just channeled “Spicoli”,either way I totally can picture it.

Stu Nahan: I’m Stu Nahan, and I’d like you to meet this young man. His name, Jeff Spicoli. And Jeff, congratulations to you. Things looked kind of rough out there today.
Jeff Spicoli: Well, I’ll tell you Stu, I did battle some humongous waves! But you know, just like I told the guy on ABC, “Danger is my business!”
Stu Nahan: You know, a lot of people expected maybe Mark “Cutback” Davis or Bob “Jungle Death” Gerrard would take the honors this year.
Jeff Spicoli: [laughs incredulously] Those guys are fags!
Stu Nahan: That’s fantastic! Let me ask you a question….
