Feminism is a bad word. As in, if you asked an alien to guess what it meant, the reasonable assumption might be “female chauvinism?”. Which ain’t its intended meaning… so I deem it ineffectual. And given today’s employment and employability (education) trends, employment equality ain’t the issue it once was (except maybe in reverse). (And except on our military’s front lines, which is funny cuz the motivated-strictly-by-desperation Soviets and British might not have quite tipped the balance against the Nazis, without having some female aces, tank drivers, and snipers in Russia, and heavily female operations staffs in England, that plotted the approach of German bombers and were top targets. And the victor in the Vietnamese civil war, and BOTH sides in ours, had some females fighting on the front lines.) But I do notice the number of females getting into the skate fray around here has been dwindling, which I guess is understandable given how obnoxious middle school boys can be when they feel threatened; they’re probably more embarrassing to deal with than Nazis.
I dunno, I liked this version better.
The other one is far better.
