Phase One of the Gresham skatepark built by Dreamland is now open for fun, provided you play by the rules. Phases two and three are distant, and unfunded dreams so far as anyone knows. [Photo: City of Gresham]

Looks sooo tight. Should be fun if you skate there when it’s empty, though? Somebody’s gonna get impaled chest-first on that pointy pyramid thingamajig.

Looks rad. Is it always going to be wet?
Yes, always wet.
Dreamland installed sprinklers ” keep it wet, so its a challenge for the kids and they will learn to skate more challenging terrain.”

shit was alright, really small square footage and the flow of the park creates some really good collision zones…the banks up to the
semi-circular ledge has about 15 different angles going on so it takes a few minutes to figure it out.

Looks tight , compact and a WHOLE LOTTA stuff in a little space. I foresee plenty of collisions.
But then pics can be deceiving.

Slow skate is only for the young skaters? They obviously haven’t seen this old man skate…
