Gold Beach Oregon Skatepark

Gold Beach Oregon skatepark open

Gold Beach, Oregon has a new skatepark built by Wedderburn, Oregon based Liquid Stone Designs which is owned by Lori Linville and in effect, some of the same people who brought you the Coos Bay skatepark. Looks super cool, especially for a town of 1,822 people. Perfect spot for a GVK episode. I’m sure he’ll consider heading their for his annual coast trip. Phase one of the skatepark is 2500 square feet. They’ve been trying to get a skatepark built for the past 15 years. You can get the back story here. There’s a right hand kidney with stairs and a micro bowl with mini capsule. Photos after the jump.

there’s a trick to the breathing, you want to exhale and then in between the exhale and your next breath, you want to hold and then press the trigger. That’s the real key to accuracy. And I love skateboarding. I will be back soon Portland. luv to all rndy grvr stinky mrk

kooks rippin off my handle. I haven’t posted in days and I read someone with my handle, makes me real handy. so handy, I can feels myself Pressing the trigger. It used to be sqeeze the tigger but in actuality you want to think, sight, breathe, press off a few and keep your target in your sights. don’t take your eyes off the prize. It’s what inside that counts. Hey, all go skate!!!

That’s a kook response. Everyone asks how big parks are, pools too.

  • DickCancer

IT’S LONG, 32 FEET, huge 16 foot radius. the algebraic equation of variables with inverse transitions will give you the answer…. Who the puck asks the dimensions of a pool. Go skate it and bring your trusty little measuring tape. Kevin that’s a kook question.

  • by the way does anybody know the demensions of the pool
how long and how big of radius of the ends

  • so fucking rad , nice job . and for the peolple behind the scenes who made the effort to make it happen.
i know that’s my struggle now, jan 26 is the day (night) when the city announce the projects for the town.

  • Asthma Attack?

  • But remember, when it’s more crowded (than it was in that video), it doesn’t hurt to tell ’em “No fakey-ing back and forth on roundwall!”. Keeps the energizer rabbits from getting an uncharitable reception they don’t understand.

  • I need something sort of like this in my yard, but I need my yard to be somewhere nicer.
