Good old Tocco everyone should know his family is Detroit Mafia. Boy could that guy stall an invert. I can remember him talking shit while inverting.
wikipedia has some rather extensive bits on his folks
Is Jack Tocco his father?
Bill Tocco was three things and I remember him well from the early days at ES skatepark.the first thing the guy was a absolute shredder, he had the whole bag at the time. The second thing Bill Tocco was is a stylemaster, I am a surfer from CA and he skated much like Tom Curren surfed, he made it look so easy. A couple of the rippers who were older may have gotten a little higher at the time but no one- and I mean no one made it look easier than Bill. i traveled back and forth from CA (Del Mar Skate Ranch) all the time as a boy due to split families. I saw the best in the world on a regular basis and I watched. I was a surfer who skated and style was everything. His style translated to surfing to me-he had flow. The third thing Bill Tocco was is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. He was super nice to all the groms at the park-he always had time for a friendly conversation. Although I have not seen the guy in decades I am glad to call him my childhood friend. many many good vibes to Bill where ever he is.
