Check out Ettubrute’s Flickr set of Dutch architects MVRDV’s Villa VPro. I have some really cool concept books by these guys so I was psyched to see something they had actually built. At the first view of the ouside I’m thinking that looks skateable and it just kept getting better. Hey, you could get a job with a Dutch television studio.

The VPRO network is a really cool and progressive bunch of tv-makers. Had a big influence on my childhood.

about as skateable as a parking garage with oriental rugs which is what this is. i think this is bored architects turning to skate park design for inspiration. (who wouldn’t?) i would rather skate some gaudi, or even some friedensreich hundertwasser than this hamster cage.
