The album may be from 1997, but that board is pure 1988. I’ve never heard the Dwarves, but they have quite a reputation. You can see the album cover for The Dwarves are Young & Good Looking wherever the CD is sold, or visit the official Dwarves web site. Nash pasties added to keep us work/school safe.

The Darves kill, and even if you disagree, they’re also funny as hell. So ppppsssssttttthhhhh!

No, I guess not. Did the Dwarves chase Rick out, or did the staff of Mabels? I remember some time in the last decade Rick suggested I should listen to the Dwarves.

Randy- weren’t you there when they chased Rick Sims out of Mable’s? It was total anarchy….

I worked at tower records in sf with paul “blag jesus” in 1989. the dwarves have ben around for a long time.

I’m pretty sure it’s 1994 at the latest…I seem to remember seeing this image well before the turn of the century.
…and mind you, I’m not a big fan of the Dwarves, but I’ve been in bands with people who were since the late 80s.

when you censor boobies, the terrorists win.
ps: great dwarves acoustic show 2 weekends ago at the Bit. If you were there it was epic.

did you (skate and annoy) put the nash logos on??? if you did not, then this is what this post would be about.
the board does have the dwarves “skull and boners” graphic on it. if you have not heard the dwarves you have not missed a thing. “they are better live” and that sucked too.
as far as using a skateboard to be punk in 97, I say, “go get a late pass”. fuck it to be punk in 1997 you gotta get a late pass too.
I’d be stoked to find a set of “city streets”, it look like this board had ’em.
