Battle Ground Locals

Battle Ground Locals

As we were pulling up to the park yesterday I remarked how small this park seems now, compared to the vast expanse it felt like when it first opened. Battle Ground, Washington has a lot to offer, at least in terms of skateparks. I took some photos yesterday, catch them after the jump.

Battle Ground Locals: Two Taylors of one City

OK, I only got two names, both of them were Taylor. Unless that’s the joke they play on photographers. “If anyone asks your name, tell them it’s Taylor.” To the rest of you, I apologize. If you know a name, please leave it in the comments. Update: Got the names, thanks to Dallas. Horizontal shots can be enlarged.

This is Chris Grasser.

Here’s the second Taylor. This is a transfer up and over the barrier. I caught one in a better position, but there’s a guy directly behind him that confuses the image.
Battle Ground - Taylor -5852

I think I was starting to annoy the videographer by poaching all his action. At least I stayed out of his way. This is KB.
Battle Ground -5872

Horrible shot of a nice big backside spin. KB.

And then there was this dinosaur clogging up the session like a flock of birds in a US Airways jet. Stop pretending you’re young before someone has to crash land in the river! Oh wait, that’s Grover!

The End. Whatever happened to that kid who threatened to beat up all the out town visitors?

I’m sick of the need to document everything. live for the moment not the memory
