Im starting my own series of skate-comics ala: Lettuce Bee,and uh..and this untitled strip by Cohanan.
However, one my strips is dangerously close to the posted description of “Ghetto Rat”.
In fact the previous title was even close.
Now titled “Lurking HollyWeird”(patent pending!).
So keep your db’s off! (patent pending!)
They will be run in the future on an online zine called “Wheelbite”(patent pending!) so look out.
In the meantime, no one show me up with impulsive suggestions that might usurp my creative genius,’kay?
The last thing I wanna have to do is pre-emptively copyright all my failures, no matter how unoriginal they may be. I know it seems Im asking alot but…who fucking cares? Im trying to be faceatious so enjoy it or choke on your own vomit.Or someone elses vomit. Or have someone else choke on your vomit,either way its a party!
MC, I havent figured out if there is an easy online art progam to do these or if I have to scan my artwork to files so suggestions from you could help.
I read the comics page everyday at lunch and man, do I hate the Family Circus. It has never once been remotely funny. It’s just some kid saying something that is never witty or interesting. The only entertainment value is how un-entertaining they are.

How about running endless panels of hesher kids kickflipping stairsets (I think you may have done that already). Throw a bone to the manarexic pants set that seem to be confused as to why some folks still wear pads. (Ever try to knee slide without them?) Oh, wait, I forgot, the new generation of riders never bail.
Instead of Mellow Cat you could do a stereotype of today’s kids and call it “ghetto rat”.
I don’t know. I don’t care.
